Q: Why am I am getting error 0xc0000135 when I try to run Ivy?
This error indicates that Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 is not installed on your computer. This is a requirement of Ivy as well as all other .NET applications. You can download it here: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
Q: Why haven't I received my key yet?
The key is sent instantly in an automated way, and so the problem is either that it went to your junk mail and you haven't checked it, or that you sent an eCheque which takes a few days to clear. As soon as it clears, the key is sent instantly.
